One of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! This place had every amenity we could have asked for. We really appreciated the amount of effort and passion put into this place. Jason really does a great job keeping his place clean and amazing. Close enough to the hot spots of La Fortuna but far enough away to still see howler monkeys and toucans in the forest. We really enjoyed having coffee on the front porch with the huge group of birds enjoying all the flowers and plants every morning!

Villa Mara was a great home base near La Fortuna for our family. Having a rental car made it easy to get to excursions and into town to eat and shop. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the villa and the 2 beds and 2 full baths worked perfect for our family of 3. Jason was a great host proving local recommendations and setting up massages and a sloth tour for us. Pura Vida!
