This house was beautiful, a bachelor party was hosted here- very masculine home. Pool was secluded in its own level and gave nice views of the area. The service included was an added plus. The only issues we had was arriving, they dropped us off at the wrong house, something that should be solidified. I also think the house should be advertised as the price that includes all rooms. It gets to be a little pricey when you make all the rooms available. Overall we enjoyed the stay and thank Jeremie for the accommodations he fit in for us. The memories will last a lifetime!

If you are willing to pay for a 5 star resort in exchange for a 3.5 stars then this is definitely the vacation estate for you and your guest. When booking this estate you have to understand photos are deceiving. The pool is located on the fourth floor with no real space to relax or entertained by the pool comfortably without being inside the pool. It is not a good setup for families with kids. The stairs leading to the pool are not ideal as there are no rails and only glass to hold on to, the floors leading to the pool are slippery when walking wet. When we asked for some shade for the pool the staff warned us we would be liable if the umbrellas flew away since the set up they had for the umbrellas was not 100% secure. Given the stream heat we ended up taking the risk and requested for the umbrellas only to find out one was rusty and broken. When booking our trip almost a year prior to our arrival we didn’t know for sure if everyone in our group was going to make it so we only booked the house for ten people. At the initial time of the booking when entering the max amount of guest allowed in the house the price reflected a $1K additional cost. Given the uncertainty of the guest due to COVID we figured that if everyone could make it the estate management would simply adjust the rate to the additional $1K. Because of Covid concerns we weren’t able to confirm the total in the group until a week prior to our arrival. This is when they shocked us with an invoice for an additional $4K. The estate management did not honor the original max price ($1,000) even though it’s the same estate. When we asked the management to be reasonable with the increase, they didn’t even give a single penny off. This estate advertise an included chef with an additional charge for the groceries plus a 25% service fee. Given the previous experience we had with them exponentially increasing the price by 4 thousand dollars we enquired to provide us an estimate for the groceries during our 5 day stay. We received a quote for $4,000.00 for (3 dinners, 5 breakfast, 2 lunch 4 appetizers and four bottles of alcohol). Needless to say we purchased our groceries and alcohol ourselves and spend $1k. The estate includes services onsite from 8am -8pm, during the 5 day course of the stay we were offered drinks during our meals but other than that you don’t have anyone offering a drink by a staff member. So you have 3 staff members just standing around. The internet was down the first day (which interrupted a crucial business meeting) following by one of our guest experiencing a sealing leak in one of the master bathrooms. Additionally, the estate has video cameras inside the house, which I felt as an invasion of privacy. Security cameras outside the house is understandable but inside the house seems unnecessary. I do have to say that the house keeping is up to par. All rooms are very spacious however don’t expect an ocean view instead some master rooms views are of repair equipment and storage. To be extremely frank I would NEVER recommend this house “estate” to family or friends.

Hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in! The house is incredibly nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The outside area/pool is one of the best parts of the house. The staff in the house are so kind and helpful. The chef prepared some of the best food I have ever had. The location is great. It is located in a gated community and is just steps away from the beach. We felt very safe! This is a 5 star house and exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED staying here, I will be back!

We had an amazing time with friends for a weekend getaway. The house was impeccable and just gorgeous! All rooms were the same size and spacious which made it easy to travel with friends and not worry about who was getting which room! They were all wonderful! The outdoor area was incredible including the beautiful pool that has a perfect view of the ocean. We couldn't have asked for better service while there! The proximity to the downtown area was amazing and allowed us to safely walk into town most nights and enjoy Playa Del Carmen night life. We would definitely consider going back. The trip was perfect from start to finish!
