A lovely space just back from the main town which was only a 10 minute walk away. Everything felt easily accessible and even Fistral beach was only 30minutes walk (or 6 mins to drive). The place was great - clean and homely, and Jane was always so friendly and responsive when I had questions. I needed to work while I was visiting and the wifi was excellent, and the small table was perfect to set up my laptop. A great stay and definitely a place I would recommend. Thanks for making my first trip down to Newquay so great!

Myself and my partner loved our stay here! It’s a great location with a short walk to the main part of Newquay and the beach. It had everything we needed within the place such as things to cook with and crockery etc. It also included basics like shower gel, salt/pepper, tea/coffee/sugar and even a fresh milk in the fridge which was appreciated! Would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay in Newquay and if we visit again we’ll be checking to see if it’s available ☺️

Lovely place and great host. We booked one of our engineers to stay here whilst working on a project, Jane was very helpful and always quick to respond. Location was perfect for us. Would happily use again in the Future :)

A little gem! as I was travelling alone I wanted somewhere that felt safe and secure. This lovely annexe totally fitted the bill. Short walk to the sea, shops & cafes. Loved my time here.

Great place for the two of us to stay for the weekend in a great location close enough to the town but out the way enough that we didn't feel like we could get away for some peace and quiet. Also, comfiest sofa ever haha
