David was always almost immediately responsive in his communication and flexible/accommodating as a host. A few aspects of the apartment could use a tune-up—e.g., mattress, air conditioner—but overall it is a fair value in an excellent location with a wonderful host.

What an amazing find! The styling of David's apartment helped me feel right at home. It's on the 6th floor of the building with a clean working elevator, which is perfect if you have a number of luggage. The property has all you would need for a long stay: Ample closet space, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, and spices for cooking! The location is PERFECT! It's a friendly, safe, diverse area, and the property is a 2 minute walk to the C line, which takes about 20 minutes to get into Manhattan. I can't say enough positive things about this entire stay. It was all I hoped it would be! The only thing to note is that it does get pretty hot, but A/C is provided throughout the apartment, and also, due to the age of the building, minor bugs will be seen. However, David was instantly responsive when I needed any help and assistance. He also kindly allowed flexibility with my check-in and check out! So, overall 10/10 experience.

David's place was everything we needed for our stay in New York. His space is conveniently located between two subway lines. It's accessible and clean. The neighborhood has everything and is near the park. Would recommend and we would happily stay again.

We had a nice stay at David’s place! The location was great—very central to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops, and easy to get around Brooklyn with the subway stop just a 2 minute walk away. David was very responsive and accommodating to our early check in and late check out. Thanks for a great stay, David!
