Séjour de 4 nuits en famille avec des enfants de 3 et 5 ans. Petite maison de décoration bord de mer simple mais charmante. Il n’y a que la route (peu passante hors saison) à traverser pour être à la plage. Beaucoup de jolies randonnées et plages dans les environs. Un restaurant accessible à pied. Une voiture est indispensable. A noter que les fenêtres ne disposent pas de volets mais juste de stores vénitiens, ce qui peut être un peu gênant pour les personnes ayant besoin d’obscurité pour dormir, comme nos enfants en bas âge. Une tres bonne adresse !

Location was great! It was across from a beach - beautiful sunsets! Easy access to Ptown and other beaches. Restaurants all close by too. Couch could have been cozier. Bedding and sheets were supplied which was a plus!

Fabulous location right across from the beach. We were off-season so it was chilly at night but the gas fireplace worked well. Clean, comfortable beds and a good (if tiny) hot shower. The price per night was reasonable but the many extra fees almost doubled the total. For that price owners should see to the broken shades, broken coffee maker, and maybe give the place a new paint job. The kitchen did not come equipped with tin foil/ plastic wrap or napkins. Extra blankets also would have been nice! Overall a beautiful spot in Wellfleet but not a great value for the price.

Not a bad place at all, cute location. Ir was clean and the inside of the house was exactly as described. I will say the bed was insanely squeaky. A little dishonest about how many houses are on the lot/ the laundry is shared and can only be used on certain days (which is logical but not shared on the listing). It is beach front with a cute beach but the view inside the cottage is blocked by the parking. Great little dive bar down the street and we loved wellfleet. We booked last minute but if I could do it again I might find a similar place for a cheaper price. All in all was not dissatisfied in anyway and we had a great time.

We had a terrible experience here. We got to our rental to find someone was already in it. Del Mar offered us a $100 dinner voucher for the inconvenience - we never received it. Del Mar switched us to another unit with peeling ceiling paint, broken blinds, and a general old, dirty, smelly vibe. Clearly, Del Mar doesn't care about the properties they're putting you in. Not worth the money! We were startled by pounding on the front door at 10:30 pm. the first night. I opened the door to find a whacky neighbor (possible drunk) admonishing me for parking in their spot. I never write a bad review on here but I will in this case to save you from wasting your money. BTW Wellfleet is wonderful and worth visiting!!
