we had a great stay here. nice neighborhood, close to the subway to easily get around BK, Williamsburg, Bushwick or Manhattan. Terrance was very hospitable and welcoming. the evenings we spent together were really funny!!! The fridge being stocked with beer was also nice :) we would definitely book here again.

The second stay was even nicer than the first. Terrance remains a great host and makes you feel at home from the first second. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. It is a nice and friendly neighborhood. A strong friendship was already formed on the first visit that's grown to a familyship. The evenings we spent together were incredible fun. I am sure there is no better host in NYC. We can't wait to see our brother again. ❤️

Terrance is an incredibly warm & gracious host. He was very responsive to questions & was full of recommendations. The bed was amazingly comfortable with fresh clean linens. I felt like I was staying with a friend. The walk to & from the subway station was easy, even after a long day at work. Once you learn the subway system, it is very easy to get to Manhattan & the rest of the 5 boroughs. The apartment was a little refuge from the hustle & bustle of the metropolitan area. I will definitely stay there again!

Terrance the host is very friendly and personal. Great person. However, from the first moment we checked in, there was a live mouse in the kitchen garbage can. I was going to cancel my stay but after talking to Terrance, I decided to stay, for he told me that this has never happened before and that it might have come from his neighbor who was clearing out there yard the day before. However, we brought a mouse trap just in case. Two days later, we woke up to another mouse in the trap. I canceled the rest of my stay. The overall cleanliness of the place also needed more help.
