The unit was super small for 8-9 people, seemed a lot larger in the photos. Probably shouldn’t be hired out for 8 people plus a baby, it was too squishy. Single mattress had to be put between the 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms while the portacot was in the larger double room. 1 allocated toilet paper roll per day was not enough for so many people. The games room was a hot single garage that couldn’t be used due to the heat through the day, with only a single pedestal fan for relief. Parking was not guaranteed outside the villa and a lot of the other car parks in the complex were unavailable due to piles of storm debris. On arrival we felt disappointed for the price we paid, felt like we were moving into a retirement village. At the end of the day though the proximity to Dreamworld and Movieworld as well as the water parks was great and the Westfield close by was a winner with the family. The complex pool was usually very quiet and a welcome relief at the end of a big day!

Place needed some TLC and a spring clean would be good every now and then. A lot of dirty marks on walls, blinds, etc, dust on fans, walls, screens, kitchen draws, needed a good wipe down. When I contacted the host about some of these issues, she did send out some cleaners to clean again, but more could've been done. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up but wasn't, we found breakfast cereal under lounge cushions, plus rubbish under the lounge. The lounge needs replacing as it looked very worn. One of the beds was very noisy , every time someone moved it made a noise. We had to buy our own washing powder and toilet paper after the starter pack ran out. There were 7 of us there for 5 nights. First time for us that these things weren't topped up. We got 6 towels for 7 people and were told about 1 spare towel that was packed away. A small thin towel. Don't use the cot mattress as it smells like wee ( forgot to mention this to the host). Take your own beach towel for the pool.

Highly recommend, such an excellent place to stay, everything was upto or exceeded my expectations, place was spotless, the games room and the pool is a great spot for the kids & fam, great location & peaceful stay with only a short walk to local conveniences and lovely food at the local pub, theme parks close by. Dayna had great communication and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely book again. Ps. Tv was much larger than the one pictured which was a bonus. ☺️
