Pepi was the ultimate host! She was very willing to accommodate our late arrival (~12am). She met us at the square in front of the apartment with a a very kind welcome and hug. The apartment was beautiful and she had snacks/drinks available in the kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean and there were all of the basic amenities (and more) available at the apartment. She even gave us some tips to get to Roma via train for only 1.5 euros in less than an hour. My husband and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Pepi’s place was a fantastic way to wrap up our trip to Italy, although we wish we had been able to stay longer than a night. Pepi was prompt in her communications and very helpful upon check-in! We greatly appreciated the tip to check out the Gnoccheria for dinner and were grateful for her arranging a taxi for our early morning trip to the airport. Outstanding hospitality and a wonderful place, thank you Pepi!

Can’t say enough good things about Pepi and the place. Pepi was always very responsive and helpful with tips about things to do or places to eat in the area. The house is very clean and modern and has everything you’d need for either a short or long stay. The location is great. The court area is cute and you’re close to the beach. Well worth staying just a little outside of Rome for some different scenery and the beach.
