We had a weeks stay at Villa Fortunata. The property is a good size. The location of the property is good, only 1km from the sea. However, the property is rather underwhelming! The arrival experience is scruffy, and the property is on the main road that goes into Porto Cesareo. Very busy as it was August, but was not relaxing sitting by the pool listening to loud motorbikes and lorries constantly. We were also unfortunate that there was a house being built next door to our house. Whilst the host asked the builders to start noisy work after 9am, it was very unpleasant to listen to building works whilst you are on holiday! I think that this should have been mentioned before we travelled (just like any travel company would do). The house was satisfactory, however clearly hasn’t been updated for many years! It is clear that the house would have been fabulous in its heyday but very little has been done to it since. Bedsheets and towels are old and don’t feel nice to use, kitchen is small and the equipment felt old and unhygienic, and could do with updating! The bbq area was very basic and not very comfortable to use either! All this house needs is a little investment to update it in line with the price they are charging! Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it his property to my friends and family.

Wunderschön gelegenes Anwesen am Rande Porto Cesareo mit viel Wohnraum. Insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer (2x3Betten und 1x2Betten) mit drei separaten Badezimmern und einer Küche und großen Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Highlight war der Pool, der regelmäßig (alle zwei Tage) gereinigt wurde. Ausserdem gibt es eine Aussenterasse und eine Dachterasse mit schönen Ausblick auf Porto Cesario.

Villa exceptionnelle avec une piscine propre et énorme. idéal pour 3 couples . La Climatisation dans toutes les chambres est vraiment un + surtout en cas de forte chaleur ( ce qui est très fréquent) . La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. Je recommande très vivement.

Villa Fortunato è stata di grande soddisfazione 15 giorni di completo relax dopo le giornate sulle spiagge del Salento, la piscina 14x8 ad uso esclusivo della Villa ha dato alla location una marcia in + specialmente la sera 🤩 fantastica. Ringrazio il Sig. Giacomo x la cordialità. Vincenzo
