I can simply say that we loved everything about our stay in Ourania's place. The house is lovely - spacious, beautiful, colorful, equipped with anything you might need, including a lovely, big pool. We were 12 adults and an infant (0 years old) and we had plenty of room for all of us to feel cosy and not bother each other if anyone needs their space. The house is beautiful - it has many rooms which are nicely decorated and fully equipped, so that you feel at home. The garden and the pool are great as well - they are big, clean and beautiful. There is also plenty of cosy furniture around the garden and nearby the pool if you want to spend the day outside. The Sani resort is really a dazzling place where endless pine forests meet the sea. The house itself is surrounded by a forest and a huge garden, so you don't have to bother about noise. Mornings are magical - with absolute silence, fresh air and only little bit of breeze coming from the sea. The beaches nearby are also lovely - nearest ones are around 20 mins walk and 5-10 mins by car. They are a little bit crowded and have quite many lounge chairs but this is the case in most of Halkidiki beaches, I think. Anyway, they are still extremely clean, sandy and with pure, warm water. You should definitely visit places nearby - Nea Fokea, Afythos, Kalithea, the lovely marinas as well. Lastly, I should say that Ourania has been a great host! Her endless hospitality and positive attitude made our stay memorable. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to go to Halkidiki . Ourania and her mom are great hosts for anyone who comes there and they will make sure to make your stay as convenient and as delightful as possible.

Ourania's place is very nice! First location: it is two min drive to Sani Beach and all that has to offer. The house: Very beautiful, luxuriously equipped, the pool is amazing. The property is large and is beautifully landscaped. I can not express enough how great this place is!
