Wow! What a fantastic place to spend 2 nights. We were met by Nikki, who showed us everything. The yurt is like a tardis so much space and beautifully decorated, the wood burner heated it up in minutes. The bed was really comfy, but a cover/blind would have been handy for the top of the yurt as the sun streams in early in the morning. Couldn’t believe how beautiful the outside area is, with the lake with so many swans, geese and ducks on, the lovely garden and tree area, there’s a picnic table right by the lake where we sat for our meals (we were so lucky with the weather). We also made use of the fire pit (we’d bought our own wood for that)The area is huge and it’s all for your private use! The toilet/shower cabin was clean and the shower had good pressure. We will definitely visit again!

Stayed for 2 nights. Just what we needed, a break away from everything and able to chill. Great opportunities to practice my camera skills Lovely chilling in front of the log burner with a glass of wine doing crosswords together.

We loved our stay here - the yurt was a wonderful place to spend a few days away from it all, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, very private and just what we needed. Richard and Nicky were great hosts who communicated brilliantly and were extremely understanding when our arrival time was delayed by unexpected factors en route. We had a great time staying here and I’m sure we’ll be back again in the future.
