The non-AC ground floor room (no view, hardly natural light) is spacious and clean, with ceiling fan, tv (Indian channels only), hot water geyser, two double beds, seats but no desk. There are no non-AC rooms on the upper floors, apparently - during winter AC is not really required. The owner/manager was not present but two friendly staff did the check in etc. The main advantage is the 4 km distance to the airport, and with an early morning flight that was the reason I decided to stay. However, if you have an early morning flight, traffic in Ghy is not heavy and you would make it in time from there. Also, in the morning, Uber and Ola (even ToGo from the main road) are, in fact, available @ 230-250rs - no need to book the nearby tourist taxi charging 500rs (same as from Ghy). The main disadvantage is the lack of restaurants nearby, choice is limited with a few small places with basic food along the main road. From that perspective staying in Ghy town would be more convenient

Very neat, decent and peaceful. Good stay. Not far from airport so idle for travellers.

The place is a good value for money. Stayed here for a night as it is near to the airport. The staff is polite and helpful and the room was clean with all basic facilities.

It was a nice stay there. Staffs are good and very helpful. Located in a good place. Overall ratings 4 out of 5 from my side. Highly recommended.

It is located 6 kms from airport ,it is ideal place for people travelling to and from Guwahati.
