My partner, Bob, and I have been landlords for over 30 years. In 2008, we started to convert our rentals into corporate rentals. Currently, we specialize exclusively in corporate rentals. I am retired from a long career in Information Technology and Bob is retired from an equally long career at Verizon. We are ideally designed for business travelers. We have a keen appreciation for hosting our fellow senior citizens. We offer quality accommodations to quality guests. We provide a high level of service to all of our units. Our units are clean and comfortable. We make great sacrifices to provide clean, comfortable accommodations on your behalf. Unless you let us know of any issues during your stay, we expect a five star review. Due to the number of accommodations, our policy of personal greetings, and high demand, we have limited time frames for checking in. If our check in requirements do not work for you, we may not be the right choice. Airbnb has hefty guest fees from which we do not profit. Also, PA state and county taxes will be added to your total. After all of that, If you do not see the value of our accommodations, we may not be the right choice for you. If you would like to extend your stay with us, please use the airbnb reservation "change" feature to modify the departure date and create the request. We will follow up with a quick response. We consider stays longer than the maximum length of stay on an individual basis.
