L'Olivo is composed of: - 2 bedrooms taking their names from two varieties of olives: “Il Leccino” bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190cm) and single pouf bed if needed; “La Raggia” with 2 twin beds (80cm x 190cm) which can be combined as double bed (170cm x 190cm) upon request and single pouf bed (70cm x 200cm), if needed; - a spacious 30 sq. meter living room with large fireplace, double sofa bed with chaise longue (160cm x 190cm), a fully equipped kitchen and dining table; - 2 private bathrooms, one for each bedroom. The charming apartments on the ground floor “Il Girasole” and “Il Grano” (which are connecting upon request), 40 sqm large, can comfortably accommodate 2 to a maximum of 4 guests each and are the ideal for couples, families with 1/2 children or 3 adults. Both are composed of: - one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190 cm); - living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, small double sofa-bed (120cm x 180cm); - private bathroom. The lovely apartment on the first floor “Il Ciliegio”, 30 sqm large and furnished with antique and modern furniture, sleeps 2 persons. It is composed of: - one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190 cm); - living room with equipped kitchen and dining table; - private bathroom. The apartment “Il Nido”, a 110 sqm stylish attic on the second floor of the villa (providing a living space of circa 65 sqm) and connecting, upon request, with “L’Olivo”, is decorated with selected pieces of antique furniture which lend together a note of rustic charm to the modern ambient. This attic is the ideal to host couples, families or 4 adults in fact it can comfortably accommodate 2 to a maximum of 4 guests if using additonal beds being composed of: - one 50 sqm bedroom where you can choose either a double bed (165cm x 200cm) or two twin beds (80cm x 200cm). Upon request, an additional bed or a cot are available; - living room with dining table plus a double sofa bed (160cm x 190cm); - fully equipped kitchen; - private bathroom.
