Our 7 nights in Paris in Nicholas apartment were fantastic - the location is amazing in the Marais district. Being on the 4th floor it’s really quite peaceful. Nicholas has made the most amazing use of a small space - he provides everything g you require - very comfortable bed, brilliant shower - those are the 2 items really important to us having just travelled for 5 weeks and staying in 13 different Airbnb’s. Nicholas pad is definitely one of the best we stayed in.

Host is very responsive and friendly. He left helpful notes all over the apartment so that we would know how to access the wifi, turn the lights on and off, etc. Place was small but very clean. Note: Lots of stairs to climb getting to the apartment.

Nicolas’s place in Le Marais was well situated and always a pleasure to return to after an action packed day. There are multiple amenities nearby and the metro a 30 second walk. We appreciated the ambience, the Dyson fan (our visit coincided with a heatwave), the washing machine and the comfortable bed. Nicolas was a responsive host and assisted us on arrival. Would stay again!
