I will just say right off the bat I am very picky ! (Usually stay at the JW Marriott )lol! We loved this house ! Jeff was accurate too on description and very responsive to anything we needed . They are building a huge house behind this property but my husband and I enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck watching them work on the neighbors house . If we come to Sarasota again I would definitely rent this house . The rooms and beds are so comfortable. Pool and hot tub was amazing ! Thank you Jeff for being a great host !

The house was perfect for our family vacation that was very much overdue. Jeff was always quick to respond to any questions we had and very much enjoyed our stay there!

Jeff’s place was perfect for our family and extended family to stay. They thought of everything in regards to what we would need for the pool and beach, with plenty of beach/pool towels, floats, balls, beach chairs and toys, etc. The kitchen was stocked with a full spice rack, blenders and even flour and sugar, etc. The space is very homey and welcoming and we loved the location, minutes away from beaches, restaurants and shopping!
