房子性价比很高，落地窗和阳台对着大海，拥有无敌海景。只是隔音不太好，能听见路上的车声和早上公鸡不停的啼叫，建议带耳塞。

Nuno was a great host. Friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved sitting out on the balcony with its nice view over the sea. The roads down to the sea were very steep but worth it to walk along the seafront each evening and watch the waves. There were two local supermarkets and a few cafes and restaurants. Not loads but plenty to choose from. We had a lovely week.

Nuno‘s appartement is very nice! We really enjoyed the balcony with a view on the ocean, the big kitchen and the comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped besides there is no oven. Unfortunately there was no basic cooking stuff such as oil, salt, spices or tea/ coffee. We left some olive oil, spices and washing powder for future residents ;) Like other guests noted before, there is a problem with ants. Close to the flat are many restaurants and some local shops like a small supermarket. Even though it is a quiet neighborhood, there is some noise at night coming from the streets and - mainly - barking dogs.

Nuno’s place was exactly as described and as shown on the photographs. It was very clean and the view was a total bonus. Lovely quiet area with a bus stop for Funchal across the road and shops and restaurants just 5 minutes walk down the road. Everything I needed. Highly recommend.
