Kelly's presentation of her property is artfully ommissive. She implied we were getting half of a duplex and when I talked to her in person she said we had half the duplex. We found out we got half of half of a duplex when the receipt for final payent specified the entire house/suite. The instructions for the house were in the upper portion which we apparently were not allowed in. Airbnb, vrbo theme is home away from home; Kelly's place did not feel like this. I would not rent this property under these conditions again.

Everything about Kelly’s place was perfect. They highlights for me were the dock, where one can spend the entire day enjoying the sun, ocean and stunning views, and the access to nature. I highly recommend a walk / drive the East Sook Regional Park and whale watching tour out of Sooke.

The view and surrounding area of this place was great. The host, Kelly, is super nice and friendly.

Location was perfect for us. Grandparents, parents, and two teenagers. Kelly’s place on the water allowed us a serene place to sleep and visit with each other. This was a graduation trip for our granddaughter, who is leaving to attend college this fall. The BNB was located outside of Victoria proper about a 40 minute drive, but it was ideally located for activities, such as Zipline and skywalk. But after an active day, it was nice to go back home and sit on the deck or the dock, and enjoy the peace and the views. There was a small market with a couple of food trucks a short, drive away from the B&B
