Francois was great to communicate with until I actually arrived to the property. I had to wait outside in the cold for an hour before the person he sent to let me in actually arrived. I messaged him multiple times to get help and he didn't respond until I was already in the building. Upon entering the building I noticed a smell in the elevator, the hallway, and the apartment itself (the elevator and hallway smelled like smoke and the apartment had a smell of dampness). Finally, the wifi didn't work after multiple attempts to connect using the password provided. After 4 days, I decided to cancel the reservation which was for 3 months. I paid the first month in full but I still received a message from Francois accusing me of theft. Completely untrue and inappropriate.

Mon conjoint et moi-même y sommes restés un long séjour dans l'appartement de François. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis et notre séjour fut agréable. L'emplacement est super ! Nous recommendons.
