We spent a week at Enny's place. The bed is comfortable though a bit small for two people. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook simple meals, but the area offers a lot of restaurants and streetfoods, so for us, there was no need to cook at all. Enny was always responsive and flexible about the check-in/check out time. A decent place to stay in East Jakarta. Thank you Enny.

Envy’s property is good for the price you pay. There are both pros and cons. Pros: -Affordable. For the price, it is worth the space and amenities provided. -WiFi is included. Gas tank included. and water machine (however the water inside you’ll need to replace). -The lobby has a delivery table If you would like to order food or other services. For shipments and packages, you’ll need to go underground. -ATMs are located at entrance. Cons: -No hot water. The bathroom sink, shower, and kitchen sink only provided cold water. -The kitchen sink handle often falls off when using the sink, making you have to reattach the handle In order to either turn on or off the water. -The toilet makes a very loud after flushing that lasts until the tank is refilled (1 minute of noise) - Very noisy and loud. Babies crying and loud people talking in the hallway almost everyday. If you have earplugs please use them when sleeping. Overal ok experience. Host responds fast and helps when possible.

It's a bit old condo, but the room was very clean and quiet. There are convenience store, cleaning store, and restaurant at grand floor in the same building. It makes some noise for water supply of bathroom, but it doesn't worry about water leakage. I could stay comfortable for 2 months.

Nice studio. it has all the basic needs for 1-2 guests. Enny is an awesome host and very responsive. Overall, very recommended.

By far, one of the best hosts in Jakarta, if not THE best! Enny was always kind and always available if something needed to be fixed or arranged; her place has great design touches that made you feel right at home. I cook and eat healthy, so it was great not just having a stove top but also a blender for smoothies and soup making, as well as a colander for straining pasta. There was 3 changes of bed linens (and super comfortable bed), plenty of bath mats, a sturdy folding table for dinner or working, an iron for clothes, included toiletries, a coat/hat hanger, and a nice bathroom that looks like a hotel type. Also, you can't beat having utilities, water, cable TV, and such included at a great price! Do not think twice about it and book this studio, asap! 👍🏾👍🏾 Will definitely stay here again whenever back in Jakarta!
