Our stay at Deborah and Susy's apartment was absolutely perfect! We loved every second and Menaggio was one hundred percent the best town to stay in. We will definitely be back, thank you Deborah and Susy!!!

If you are wondering whether to book this apt .. just do it! You won’t regret it! We were met at the ferry by Suzy, Deborah’s Mum and felt immediately welcome!. She was so lovely and helpful and showed us how everything worked etc. The Apt was spotlessly clean, so stylish and well equipped with quality utensils etc. The view is spectacular and it’s only a 30 metre walk to the ferry terminal and supermarket .. a few minutes into the main piazza and promenade etc We loved the Apt so much and especially loved Suzy .. we met her in the piazza for coffee a few times and it felt like we were local friends .. a lovely feeling! 😊 We’ve stayed in so many Airbnb’s but this experience and Apt has been one of our very best! Thank you Suzy for making us feel so welcome in beautiful Menaggio x

From questions before we arrived about the best way to get from the airport to central station and then to the ferry, Deborah had all the answers including providing timetables. Deborah arranged for her mum Susy to meet us at the ferry terminal and walked us to the apartment while Susy was pointing out things along the way. The location of the apartment was perfect and was was so beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The lack of air conditioning or a pool didn't bother us too much as the fans and breeze from the windows provided some relief from the heat. The view was unbelievable. Will love to visit and stay again.

Lovely Susy (Deborah's mum) met us off the bus which stops right outside the Grand Hotel Menaggio (the apartment is within the building). Stunning, ever-changing view over the lake from the French window - even the thunderstorms were spectactular! The apartment is elegant yet homely and well equipped (inc. a mini dishwasher!) We particularly appreciated the fans! Menaggio's central square with various cafes etc is just a couple of minutes walk away and the ferry port is next to the hotel for trips to nearby towns (e.g. Varenna, Bellagio) and we also took in a few villas for the benefit of our daughters Instrgrams! There is also a very handy little corner shop just next to the hotel and the ferry port cafe was handy for late night pizza and beers! We had a lovely meal (and views) from the nearby Dal Tato restaurant. All in all, a fabulous break and can thoroughly recommend. Hope to return one day - thank you Deborah and Susy!
