The recently renovated room is located on the ground floor of a 1920s period cottage. It consists of a double bed and if necessary the possibility of adding a third single bed. The large private bathroom is located inside the room. The property has a tavern for breakfast and a garden to enjoy the greenery. Our check in time is from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm. After this time an extra late check in fee of 10 euro hour per hour will be charged. Astrea is the name of this large and elgante Nouveau style suites featuring a double bed and two single beds in wrought iron. Derived from the ancient hall of the villa, the room is tastefully furnished with antiques set in a marvelous setting: ruby original floors, high ceilings taupe-colored hues and 4 large windows that overlook the garden. The room is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, plasma TV, internet access, bathroom with large shower glass. The breakfast, included in the price, is served in the vaulted basement, which is located within the structure that houses Astrea. If you have a car, parking inside the villa is included in the price. The Detached house is situated in a residential suburb 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Rome. Here you can enjoy the silence and tranquility for a restful stay. In spring and summer you can enjoy the garden and the balcony for breakfast and for your enjoyment. The room is perfect for a family or a group of friends. If you want is possible to add another single bed and if you are a cuple...the rate will be adapted!
