A true oasis of trees, green, birds, squirrels… and only a 15 minute walk from the climbing! The cabin is what we hope to build and live in one day. And the water is clean straight from the tap, we drank it for 7+ days and never got sick (coming from USA where our stomachs aren’t as strong ha). Carla was always ready to help with suggestions, organized rides for us to and from Monterrey, and was just a wonderful human to be around! We were there when it was 103*F (39*C) and the inside of the house stayed cool even without A/C! Truly amazing. The fridge also has a freezer part, enough for many popsicles! They also have a climbing guidebook to EPC, hot water shower, magical sounds of wind, doves, squirrels… we will definitely be back!

Julio and Carla were amazing hosts. The temperature around the property is much cooler than the surrounding area as it is surrounded by trees. The food they cooked was outstanding and well worth the price. The kitchen was well stocked and has a refrigerator. The area is very close to all the nearby climbing. I appreciated the ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Julio is a man of many talents. I bought an amazing knife he made as a souvenir for my son. We'll definitely be going back.

Great spot for groups of climbers with short walks to the crags. The property is nice and shaded for the hot days. Great spot!

Julio and Carla are amazing and there place is beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a better experience my first time in Potrero!

Julio y Carla son unos grandes anfitriones. El lugar es perfecto para estar tranquilo, la escalada es cerca y la.comida que preparan es deliciosa. Se siente un calor humano muy agradable. Un lugar encantador super recomendado!
