We are a family of four, with children aged 14 & 11. We all loved this place and had a fantastic holiday. The kids had the room on the second floor, with their own balcony. The beds were comfortable and there is lots of cupboard space outside each bedroom for clothes and suitcases. The roof terrace was great for the evenings, and the small outdoor space outside the front was big enough for us all to sit there, with plants in pots giving some privacy, watching the sea. Everyone locally was really friendly, there was a lovely happy atmosphere. There are great restaurants serving fresh cooked fish within a minute’s walk, an ice cream shop next door and a lovely park behind. There is a great bus service into Malaga. It is also a great area for hiking. The only slight downside was that the stairs were narrow and steep, and would definitely not be suitable if you have young children or poor mobility, and it would be difficult to get large suitcases up them.

We stayed 2 weeks at the Appartement at El Palo and we enjoyed our stay. We both had to work from there and that works well. The house is located straight away at the beach and restaurants, bars and a shop selling ice cream is nearby . The House is quite funny as it is very narrow and has 3 floors including a roof top terrace. The Appartement has everything what you need. Arantxa and Jordi are very nice hosts . We can totally recommend the Appartement .

Het is een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Je wordt wakker en gaat naar bed met het geluid van de zee.Het is grappig dat veel mensen blijven staan kijken ,omdat het een heel smal en hoog huis is. Ongeveer 7 km van het centrum af, maar goed loopbaar langs de boulevard. Ook is er een mogelijkheid om de bus te nemen, of een fiets te huren. Supermarkten zijn op loopafstand. Naast je zijn er verschillende leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes. Dus je hoeft niet altijd naar het centrum hiervoor. De communicatie met Arantxa is goed. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag terug.

Malý ale vysoký domeček, u kterého se zastavovali turisté a žasli jak je vysoký a fotili si ho. Vevnitř bylo vše co jsme potřebovali - malá ale vybavená kuchyň, gauč, sprcha a dva pokoje s výhledem na moře. Super terasa ve 4.patře, kterou jsme si bohužel neužili, protože ve dnech kdy jsme tam byli dost foukalo a jeden den pršelo. Dostatek úložného prostoru a pro horké dny k dispozici lehatka, slunečník i plážové osušky. Parkování hned poblíž, ale člověk si musí počkat na místo. Skvělý park s velkým hřištěm pro děti jsme si užívali každý den. Hned vedle je luxusní zmrzlina a po promenádě spousta restaurací. O víkendech je tu velmi rušno - ale jen přes den :) Místo je v noci tiché a člověk slyší jen moře. Výhled na moře kdy děti pozorovaly lodě a letadla. 15 minut od místa je místní tržiště s ovocem, zeleninou, rybama i místními produkty. Hostitelka byla skvělá ♥️ d Bohužel nám pobyt zkrátili mravenci, kteří se objevili a spolužití s nimi nebylo příjemné :(

Quiet location in th e very authentic area of El Palo with a fabulous view of the sea from the table outside the door, with plants to shield you from the walkway. Amazing terrace from 2nd floor bedroom and roof terrace at the top. Every room was light even in January. I didn't need any heating and was very comfortable. Well equipped. The stairs were no problem for me but if you don't like stairs that would be a consideration. Really good and clear communication. I would definitely stay again.
