My recent stay at this charming flat in the heart of Salamanca was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I booked the accommodation, I was impressed by the host's friendly and helpful communication style. They promptly answered all my questions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a beautifully decorated apartment that was even more stunning than the pictures. The spacious living area was bathed in natural light from large windows, and the décor was tastefully modern. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the bedroom was cozy and inviting.

We stayed in Fernando’s place for 10 days and with the long stay we needed to be comfortable. Unfortunately the pictures are more beautiful than the apartment in reality. Maintenance is needed and you come along way with fixing cables hanging out of walls, fresh paint and a deep cleaning. The location of the apartment is excellent. The entrance to the apartment is very creepy. It’s not the grand stairway but instead you need to take the “old service way” for the service staff back in the days. It’s very dark, dirty, uncomfortable with suitcases and the stairway to the apartment has many steps broken and it’s a bit dangerous walking up and down. Kitchen was good and equipped. Could need an update on pots and pans as they are in bad condition. For the bathroom you could only take a 5-7 minutes hot shower and it would not have more hot water. Using the tub was therefore not possible as there was not enough hot water to fill it up. Very noisy street with trash cars every night.

Puntos a favor y en contra A favor - La ubicación es buena, muy céntrica, creo que ese es el punto más fuerte. Si vienes para conocer/ pasear es buena opción. - Buena decoración del piso En contra - La entrada es HORRIBLE nunca me llegué a acostumbrar. Es un pasillo viejo y abandonado con puertas rotas y los botes de basura de todo el edificio. Más aún siendo una mujer que se quedó sola en el piso, fue de terror pasar por ahí en las noches. - Los 4 pisos sin ascensor son un problema cuando vienes cargando maletas, las compras o vienes en tacones. - Las luces de las escaleras demoran mucho en prenderse y puedes tropezar porque estás en oscuridad full. - Cuando llegué quise comer algo y mi plato tenia manchas de estar mal lavado lo que me dio desconfianza por la limpieza del lugar - Toallas desgastadas - se ven viejas - No hay tapon ni en la ducha ni en el lavabo asi que si algo se cae lo pierdes para siempre - La ducha podria mejorarse la tina esta muy desgastada

Everything was great, the entrance is a bit confusing but the apartment is great, maybe the bathroom should be renovated. But the price and location is pretty good!
