It was a great location to access Hong Kong island and the Kowloon peninsula which the most travelers access while in Hong Kong. It is located around tons of Korean restaurants and markets, and quite easy to get various kinds of restaurants near there. MTR (HK metro) station is also the directions of 5 mins walk. When you need a laundry, you can go downstairs and check out the left side, the old lady will help you to wash your cloth in the acceptable price. However, the Wi-Fi often gets late or almost not working especially at nights. I almost use my own cellular data instead. Also, your place is really small if you are tall enough. It is absolutely an individual place but do not expect to bring your friends. Anyways I had stayed there for 2 months and it is a quite good experience for me. Once you come here, you will get to know the price of the rent in Hong Kong is really expensive (>NYC, SF, Tokyo, London, etc....) and this place is a really good opportunity to save your money while you stay in Hong Kong longer.

I had a pleasant experience and there was no problem sharing common space. Everything is clean and it's located in a convenient space. However, the wifi can be really slow especially at night. Other than that, I have no complaints. Nice stay.
