Caroline and her husband were very friendly however we felt we lacked privacy because they live in the house and they were there whilst we visited. They even came into our rooms whilst we were dressing. This was not something we expected or was clear from the listing. The hosts were watching TV until midnight which was loud and affected our sleep considering that we had young children and went to bed at 10pm. General cleanliness of the place was poor, especially the bathroom. We paid £160 for one night, arrived at 6pm and were due to leave at 11am the next day so for that price this was below the average expectation. In the morning we got the impression they were eager to get us out ASAP by stripping the beds 1h before checkout whilst we were still having breakfast.

Carolyn and John were exemplary hosts and made us all feel very welcome. Our rooms were lovely and very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

A beautiful, clean, comfortable accommodation owned by a beautiful couple just minutes’ walk from the coach station. I will definitely try to stay there again if needed. Very accommodating. Thank you!

There were 3 generations travelling to Mildenhall so I was uncertain if an air bnb would work but Carolyn was very responsive to my worries and assured me that it would work. Carolyn's place is full of character and has so much space both inside and outside in the garden. Carolyn is a great host and made us feel so welcome. She makes a lovely breakfast too. The process from booking to check in was seamless and I would recommend anyone to use Carolyn's place to stay.
