Aubry appears to be a front for a group of owners. Aubry just lists and manages the AirBnB listings. Unit was ok, heat and fireplace systems are complicated and there are no instructions. Fireplace did not work and the property manager / maintenance had a difficult time figuring it out. In the process, they turned off the heat so first night was about 55 degrees in the front room. Fireplace never did work properly. Shower not usable in master bath. Maintenance had to fix it the next day which they did but it was not what was portrayed to me in the advertising. Master bedroom door lock fell off. Maintenance came in but I had to re-install because maintenance kid did not know how to fix it. Hot tubs (all 3) were cold. Front desk said that someone kept pushing the emergency shut off switch thinking it was the bubbles. I think that is a pretty stupid response as there is a sign stating emergency shut off switch. Being a builder, I suspect that the heaters and systems are old and they do not want to spend the money to fix them properly. Other than that...... It was a nice trip!
