we stayed for 9 nights at Caitlin's property. communication before we arrived was excellent. everything was as stated on the website, a lovely property near the town with a great pool. The property has everything you may need. many thanks Caitlin.

L’appartamento è completo di tutte le comodità (fondamentale è l’aria condizionata) e si trovo in un bel complesso residenziale sopra Pizzo. Il bagno è nuovo con una doccia molto spaziosa e anche la cucina ha tutto il necessario per godersi delle cene casalinghe sullo spazioso terrazzo che si trova sul tetto dell’appartamento. La comunicazione per check in e check out è stata ottima. Unica pecca è che ci sono un po’ di rumori dati dai treni che passano nelle vicinanze ma tenendo le finestre chiuse e l’aria condizionata non si sentono quasi. Piacevole anche la possibilità di accedere alla piscina condominiale. Consiglio di soggiornare qui se minuti di auto e sarà un’ottima vacanza!

Caitlin is a fantastic host with a great place to stay. Very comfortable bed, great shower and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great little book with details of all extras like how to walk to the town, best eats, etc. Also great communication, super fast responses. Nga mihi nui Caitlin 😃

WOW!!!!!! Well..... where to start? I chose this place after scouring Airbnb for a non-touristy, more 'authentic', 'real' Italy destination in which I would propose to my partner. I googled Pizzo and looked at the pictures of both the town and the property, none of these pictures do the real experience justice. View of the sea on one side, beautiful green hillside on the other. In the town the people are friendly, the food fantastic, the gelato in particular is a delight! Caitlin is just the best host you could wish for. Warm, thoughtful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and knows just how to make you feel welcome. Her little book has many nuggets of vital local knowledge although she fielded all of the many questions we gave her thoroughly and with grace. Never someone to revisit a place no matter how much I may like it there is simply no way I will not return there. I cannot speak highly enough of Caitlin and the whole experience. I've had some solid and pleasant experiences through the site before but this was perfect. I was extremely nervous (for obvious reasons) and Caitlin ensured the whole process was smooth and worry-free and the place and town were better than we could've hoped for. Book with confidence. This is EXACTLY how Airbnb should be! (and in case you were wondering... she said YES!)
