This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend visiting my daughter at Northwestern (just a few miles from campus). Everything is exactly as described but even more welcoming and well-appointed. Patricia is wonderful and very friendly and helpful! She had thought of everything and it was a pleasure staying in her home. Off-street parking and keyless entry made coming and going convenient and easy. I wasn’t sure how comfortable a daybed would be but there is what feels like a memory foam mattress and I slept just fine! This room is just right for a single adult traveling alone and looking for a safe, comfortable, affordable, immaculately clean space. Thank you Patricia for making my stay in Evanston just right!

Patricia was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location is in a peaceful suburbs and pretty close to the subway station. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were clean and fresh. Great value, I really recommend staying at Pat’s house.

Wow! Best Air bnb experience ever. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The location was great. Less than a mile to the Purple Line train. Pat was so flexible and accommodating. I had a little bit of a crisis during my time in Chicago and Pat came to the rescue. Pat went over and above. I can't recommend Pat's enough.

I enjoyed staying at Patricia's place for 2 weeks. It almost felt like staying at an old friend's place. Patricia is a kind-hearted person. I recommend the place to someone who likes to stay near Northwestern U.
