Josie is a great host and I appreciated the personal touches, like putting on the electric blanket for me. this is a great option, especially for a single female traveller who needed a safe place to stay for the night in town. The home is lovely the area upstairs for guests is really quiet and private and I felt welcome and at home. Josie was great to deal with, plenty of communication and available if I had any questions or concerns. I recommend Josie as a host and her guest room as a great alternative to the local motels. Her home is only a short walk to the shops and main street.

Location was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in town during the cherry festival. Josie was quick to respond and helpful with advice about farms to visit during our stay.

Attended Young's Annual Cherry Festival for the weekend. The house is just situated just within a stone's throw from the main events and is very much walkable. Plenty of street parking. The fireworks display for the cherry festival at night is literally at her front door. There was another airBnB couple staying at her house whilst we were there. Shared bathroom and toilet spaces. There's a big TV as well as a fridge for guests to use. Also provided wifi. Josie was available to be contacted at all times and was happy to turn on the airconditioning for several hours as it was a hot day.
