The hosts are really kind and very responsive if you need anything. The place is really cool and open. They have chickens and pigs and a restaurant/bar. It's very close to the ferry and many restaurants, stores and bars. We decided to cook most of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped and has lots of space. Definitely recommend staying here, if we go back to Utila we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this unit, which has a perfect location (just outside of the busiest part of the island, but very convenient and walkable to dive shops, restaurants, etc.), tasteful decor, and the loveliest hosts. The unit was just as described, with a great shower in the bathroom, and we used the WiFi to work from home without issues. For reference, we stayed for six nights in January and used the A/C in our bedrooms at night daily and then during the daytime for two days, and the bill was $32 total. This is a perfect place to stay on Utila if you don't want to be in backpacker central, and we recommend dining at El Castillo, too!

This is by far one of the best places to stay at. We enjoyed our stay despite several issues we had which were resolved immediately by the host. They are so nice and so welcoming. The dogs are great. One thing I didn’t like, however it didn’t impact as much, the host come in with the next guest while all my and my family’s stuff was inside. Please note: you will pay for your own electricity, it’s not expensive at all.
