The location and host Nico exceeded our expectations. The place is as described and easy go get to by taxi or picturesque walk to the train station, which we did both. Above all, Nico made it more memorable through his proactive communication well before check-in. Toledo was our first stop from Madrid Airport (MAD) after an 11 hour flight. We experienced luggage issues at the airport which made us miss our scheduled train to Toledo. This made for a stressful situation as a family of four with small children. Nico was there with us, through messages, guiding us, sending us pictures of the exact train office location we needed to visit to make alternate plans. We arrived in Toledo and Nico's place, latter than expected, but Nico's recommendations and flexibility made it that much better for us. In stressful situations the host makes the difference. For this, I highly recommend this place.

Appartement très bien équipé et surtout très bien placé ( à proximité immédiate de tous les visites dans la vieille ville). Accueil chaleureux de Nicolas , très réactif et de bon conseil ( notamment pour le parking). Un très bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande vivement !

The place was great and exactly as described. Nico was extremely helpful and proactive about our needs. Honestly one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb. The place is comfortable and within walking distance of all the major sites and attractions. If you’re a sensitive sleeper there was one night when there were noisy people on the street and you could hear them clearly. I just wore some ear plugs and was all good. There is also a giant street lantern across the bedroom ones that is lit throughout the night. The curtains blocked out most it but I did use some pins to keep more light out. My baby was able to sleep fine with a sound machine and that. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Anywhere in Toledo is walkable from this apartment. Nico is great, very helpful. The shop opposite has a good range including very fresh fruit and vegetables

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos en Toledo, y a ello contribuido, en gran manera, nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Nicolas. Su ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico y próximo a todos los lugares de interés a visitar en Toledo y a los servicios que pudiéramos necesitar (restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados...). El alojamiento, además de tener un encanto especial, tiene todo lo necesario para proporcionar una estancia agradable y descansar muy bien. La atención que hemos recibido por parte de Nicolas ha sido excelente, amable y rápida. Además, nos ha proporcionado una guía, hecha por él, que nos ha sido de gran ayuda durante los días que hemos pasado allí. Sin duda recomendamos su alojamiento.
