While the views were indeed spectacular, numerous issues arose. This particular unit, despite being the most expensive of our five stays at Sapphire, proved to be the least satisfactory. The host displayed a lack of professionalism, exhibiting rudeness and an unaccommodating attitude. Furthermore, individuals were allowed access to the condo without prior notification, raising concerns. Our 1st night raised immediate concerns when we discovered only 1 bed had sheets. Upon requesting additional bedding, we were informed that extra sheets were meant for emergencies only. Beds lacked proper bedding, with no pillow protectors – just a sheet and an insufficiently light blanket. Notably, there were unannounced entries into the condo, with a repair person accessing our space without notification. This breach of privacy was only discovered after reviewing our travel camera footage. Enjoying leisure time within the unit proved challenging, was a lack of decent reading lights & comfort seating.

Alexanders condo was beautiful and well kept. The views from both balconies were stunning and the location at Sapphire Beach is so relaxing and beautiful. We put my parents up in this condo and we stayed at the next building over. We enjoyed spending time with our parents at Alexander's place and you cannot beat the location. It is ocean front on Sapphire beach with stunning views, great snorkeling, the pool is amazing, and there is a great bar with a cafe, pizza place, wonderful coffee shop and the newly opened Sea Salt all less than 50 yards from Alexander's condo. The condo was also comfy and less than 5 minutes from Red Hook where you can catch the ferry to St John or the BVI, plus restaurants and shopping are in Red Hook and make it a convenient location. A well kept, peaceful, and amazing condo in a great location. We will be back!
