Rien à dire sur le prix attractif pour 7 personnes et la vue magnifique ! Gros bémol concernant la maison mal entretenue, équipement de cuisine sommaire… peu de vaisselle (assiette) , pas de plat de service, pas de plat de cuisson, transats cassés, et photos d illustrations ne correspondant plus à la réalité. Même si le ménage est inclus dans la prestation, absence d’aspirateur et avec des animaux ce serait un plus. Chambres humides et une atmosphère particulière et malaisante au r-1 et r-2. Nous ne nous pas bien senti et avons dû dormir la dernière nuit dans le salon. Très bonne réactivité pour le problème de climatisation. Avec une remise à niveau et une purification des lieux ce sera une pépite!

Un très bon moment, il faudrait un bip de plus pour accéder à la route qui amène à la propriété. Les clefs pour accéder par l escalier du bas.

House was much nicer than in the photos, the agency was flexible and accommodating. Had an issue with the table and the bed and they sent someone to deal with it right away and didn’t try to penalize us because they knew there was already wear on the furniture. 10/10 stay

First let me say that the location of this property is absolutely spectacular. One could set up on any of the three terraces for hours and be perfectly happy. There is a very steep hill to walk down to the marina— it takes at least 10 minutes and is not for anyone with any kind of mobility issues—but once there you have many excellent restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The problem is that the owners, and management company, rely solely on the spectacular view and think absolutely nothing about guest hospitality. The house was completely closed up when we arrived, smelling dank and musty. It seemed like it had been cleaned days before. There was a plastic bag of bed linens dumped on the futon couch. (I have rented many times in Spain, and I have never in all my time on Airbnb had to make my own beds on arrival. On top of that, they weren’t the correct linens, which they did drop off the next day). There were two rolls of toilet paper in total for four bathrooms serving 5 people. There wasn’t a doormat to wipe your feet on before entering, not a bath mat when you got out of the shower, no hand soap, nothing. There was not a grain of salt or drop of oil in the kitchen. Not one hint at hospitality to make an enjoyable stay. Every single bed was old or cheap and incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows were so bad, we went out and bought some after the first night because we couldn’t imagine sleeping on them for three more nights. Finally, there was a general run down feel in the crumbling plaster and make shift repairs. When we dropped off the keys the last morning, no one asked if we had enjoyed our stay. I was an Airbnb host for a long time, so it pains me to be so critical, but the owners and Ceigrup could offer their guests so much more than a spectacular view. If you book this place, temper your expectations, and bring everything but the kitchen sink with you.
