Tammy was very accommodating, always very easy to contact. The condo is in a great place with nice surroundings. There's an elevator which although stopped working for part of one day was repaired quickly. There is a nice pool with easy access. All amenities in the condo worked well. There are a few things that have been written about in previous reviews that are note worthy and worthy of considering before booking: The condo is quite old and has not been refurbished so it is not so modern. As previously mentioned by Amy in Nov. the bathroom sink tap drips which was so annoying I had to put a wash cloth in the sink to minimise the loud dripping. I expected it to have been fixed before we arrived. As previous reviews also mention the condo is near the train tracks. The tracks are only used by very heavy freight trains that roar through all night and day, no exaggeration! Homeless people sleep in the parks nearby but were no bother and the police do patrol the area which seems very safe

Tammy is excellent with communication! Cute downtown Melbourne is truly just a walk away and a pleasant place to visit. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. But...I would give 3.5 stars if I could, due to lots of noise in the condo (loud HVAC and dripping faucet) and the roads/traintracks that are within eye sight of the condo. I recommend that the description of the condo neighborhood be updated to note especially the road/train noises which were excessive the 4 nights we stayed (We are a young family who live in a loud, lower income neighborhood already and have 2 little boys so we really do know what loud is).
