We had our annual ladies ski weekend at Valerie's place and although the weather didn't cooperate, we had a fabulous time. The hot tub was fantastic and extra amenities she provided were the perfect touch. I would highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed with Valerie and like the first time, it felt like home. Plenty of space for a small group. The living room is nice and cozy with the wood burning stove and big comfy couch. It’s a close drive into town and 20-25 mins to lake placid. So many things to do around the area but also a perfect place to stay in and play games or enjoy the hot tub. We appreciate Valerie’s responsiveness and attention to detail as a host. Thanks again!

Thanks Valery for the beautiful & well maintained house!! Kids were very happy with bunk beds, countless board games and books. Heating, hot water, furnitures and appliances are all functioning well, gave us great experiences during our stay. Also the site is very beautiful, surrounded by the woods, quiet and peaceful. Your guide before our travel (and the guidebook you've placed in the house) really helped us for smooth check-in & out. It's already been a three years since We've started traveling in this area for skiing. And, undoubtedly, Valerie's property is the best place to stay if you're a big family with 3+ kids. To make long story short, we hated to leave the house.

Valerie was an amazing host as usual. We’ve stayed in their place a few times now and it never disappoints. The place is clean, warm and welcoming and has that cottage feel. Always happy to go back whenever we tackle some of the peaks in the ADKs.
