The Falcade skiing area is located in the “Tre Valli” Ski area and covers 110 km of perfectly snowy ski runs, 3 snow parks and a charming “Emotion Tour” that, as the name implies, rewards visitors with the experience of being able to ski some most evocative peaks of the Dolomites.
For Nordic skiing lovers, the trails offered by the “Piana di Falcade” are just as tempting: 8 km of ski runs with different itineraries, in order to satisfy everyone’s tastes: from the school camp, to the medium difficulty itinerary and the most challenging trails beyond the Biois torrent.
In recent years, winter and snow holiday experiences have changed significantly and Falcade, in line with the philosophy of wishing to maintain the tradition while at the same time riding the wave of new demands, offers many alternatives to nordic skiing: snow tubing, snowshoe walks walks, snowmobile rides, ice skating and much more.

Falcade is not only synonymous with skiing and snow – it is also a perfect summer holiday destination.
During the hot summer days, it is beautiful to take a walk among the old “tabià”, to hike along the various itineraries, to visit the important museum dedicated to Augusto Murer, world-renowed local sculptor, or to “get lost” in the Giro delle Coste, through the cities of Falcade Alto, Somor, Le Coste and Tabiadon di Canès.
Falcade is located at 1,100 m above sea level, a perfect elevation for regenerating your body and mind and for enjoying all the benefits offere by the surrounding mountains: breath-taking landscapes, the chance to play open-air sports, therapeutic walks in the forests, wellness and relaxation for the whole family.
Just 2 km away from Falcade, visitors will find the wonderful city of Caviola, “kissed by the sun” for most part of the year. For those who visit Caviola, a stop at the little church dedicated to “Beata Vergine della Salute” (Our Lady of Health) is a definite must. The church is of great historical interest and is situated on a hill that offers a picturesque view on the entire city.
