A bright room in a beautiful, spacious Chelsea loft! Walking distance from Penn Station; a block away from subway to JFK, LaGuardia, and citywide. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, and landmarks nearby. We offer a private bathroom, cable-TV, high-speed internet, closet. Perfect for singles and couples, business people, tourists, and visitors. We have an 8-pound (3 kg) hypoallergenic, non-shedding toy poodle. Guests can enjoy our living room, guidance to the city, and Nespresso coffee. We live in a beautiful, spacious, and bright loft, conveniently located in Chelsea - a great Manhattan experience. For special events (for example, meetings, workshops, filming, photoshoots) we charge separately. Please contact us for details. You will be the only guest staying with us. We own our home, live in it, and rent only one of our two bedrooms. For your safety, access to our building and elevator is restricted to key holders only.

非常非常好！强烈推荐！房东很亲切，每天都给我们准备早饭，有水果，可颂和咖啡等。有独立的厕所并且很大，过三天就有人来打扫房间，房间很大且干净。有一只年纪很大的小狗，叫Zuta，不叫，很乖。如果下次来我还会选择住在这里。

We had a fantastic stay at Yochi’s. He is an exceptionally gracious host and the loft is open and welcoming with very tasteful and comfortable furnishing. The deep tub was perfect for a soak after a long day of exploring and the bed was so very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Yochi.

Fantastic hosts and airbnb stay. Super comfortable bed, beautifully decorated room and home, and several nice perks like a mini fridge in the room with a bowl of fruit and snacks. We are already planning our next visit to Yochi's place.

Fantastic 5 nights at Yochi & Yochi’s. Location is great, walkable to most of manhattan and plenty of subway stations close by. Yochi’s hosting was fantastic, incredibly friendly and some lovely conversations plus much more space than a box room in a hotel. 10/10 would recommend

We are conveniently located near transportation hubs and major subway lines (see below). We are eight blocks away from Penn Station, 1.5 blocks from Eataly and the Flatiron building, and in an easy walking distance from Time Square on the north, Union Square in the south, and the Highline and Chelsea market on the west.
The nearby trains (one to two blocks from us) quickly take you to:

*Times Square, Broadway theaters, Colombus Circle, and Lincoln Center (the 1)
