We really enjoyed staying in the flat. Although it’s a 5 minute walk from the train station, it is very quiet and private. There are many amazing restaurants and shops in walking distance and it’s very close to the beach too. The flat is spacious and bright, the shower was amazing too. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l'appartement, la ville est chouette, à proximité de Barcelone, cependant l'appartement n'était pas très propre, un mur avec de la moisissure, ça ne fait pas rêver quand on vient avec un enfant de 2 ans ... Mise exceptée ce mur , l'appartement a un fort potentiel, c'est bien décorer, et la terrasse est agréable !

We had a good vacation in this apartment. the location is great. very close to the train station and the beach. Train to Barcelona is 40 min. compared to the photos the apartment is starting to look a bit worn down. but everything works as it is supposed to. If you plan to do much cooking you should bring your own knives since the ones there cant even cut in soft butter. As a total we had a great stay and enjoyed the location and the city Mataro

This apartment is very basic and we really didn't enjoy our stay. The walls need to be thoroughly cleaned, marks everywhere, along with concrete missing from the walls. Mosquitos everywhere outside so we could not enjoy the outside area. I would not want to cook on the BBQ. washing machine outside needed liquid and pegs to hang clothes. The host did bring those over the next morning and explained they were not part of the rental. I also didn't appreciate the fact that the host who clearly just works for the owner met us, 15 mins late, and as soon as were were upstairs asked for the money we owed for the taxes and parking. Didn't bother to show us around or show us how things worked, etc. or where the washing machine was. Just lacked any type of warm welcome that can make a difference. Not even a bottle of water, just 3 kurig coffee pods. Your a 7 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the train station which is 45 mins to Barcelona central. If you want something very basic and cheap, it serves the purpose. showers worked very well. The photos make the place look so much better then it really is.
