Juliana's guest house was a great place for extended stay. We stayed there about 6 weeks and it was very usefull to have a fully equipped kitchen (including stocked coffee and snacks) and laundry machines with detergent. Juliana was a gracious host and I would definitely recommend her guest house while ataying on the Western shore of American Samoa.

Juliana's guest house is quite comfortable and a wonderful place for an extended stay here in American Samoa. The front porch has a welcoming feel to it with a table and chairs to hang out and watch the neighborhood go by. The guest house has an ample size living room with a tv that gets many stations (a rarity here on the island) . The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans , dishes and coffee maker etc. There is wi-fi internet that is ample for email and web surfing. The living room and two bedrooms each have their own ductless split system air-conditioners which keeps the place quite comfortable. There is a newer model washer and dryer for laundry and Juliana keeps it stocked with soap and softener. The location is in proximity to the Homeland Security offices and the Tradewinds Hotel so it is convenient if those locations are of relevance to your stay. The nearby K&S market has supplies from groceries to household goods and even a barbershop as well as a restaurant that is popular with locals. All in all I would highly recommend Juliana's Guest House especially for extended stay here in American Samoa.

Great home, great vibes, great people! Home is beautiful and spacious! Wifi is the quickest I have seen American Samoa! Be advised there is no Hot Water but that wasn't that big of a deal for me! There are actually 4 beds and a full kitchen. There is literally a convinence store next door and another a little further down the street so the location is great. Cost U Less is not that far of a walk from here so if you are up for a 15-20 miniute was you don't need a cab to get to a major grocery store. The couches are so comfortable. I didn't want to leave!
