On arrival we were welcome in a very friendly manner. The appartment was clean and neat, There are local shops in just walking distance. The beds are very comfortable.Bedrooms are warm and cozy.A great plus for we booked in the winter. We had the privelage to meet Patricia,and oh what a lovely lady. Honestly.These people know how to host,and should the oppertunity arise we would defenetely go back. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Nice, clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Capetown. As shown in the pictures. Communication with Alexander and Patricia was clear. The only thing is that there is constructionwork going on in the building at the moment and in weekdays they start around 7:30 am. So from that time on it is very noisy. Luckily there are enough coffee- and brunchspots in the neighbourhood to go to after that time.

We needed a place close to the Visa centre on short notice and Alexander (and Patricia) was extremely helpful, very quick with their responses and flexible with reasonable requests. They are amazing hosts and would recommend them anytime to anyone.
