I very much recommend to stay - at least - a few nights at Mino’s place. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything to cook your own meal - overall a very nice cabin. Mino is an excellent host and will be able to tell you all about Monteverde area and Costa Rica in general. Mino offers tours too, which we took to see birds, animals and the forrest/parks!

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at!! Great fresh house with nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The kitchen is not the biggest but you can cook smaller dishes without a problem. Mino and his family were so nice, they gave us tips about things to do. Gave us a ride when we were late for our bus. Very good hospitality shown by Mino!!!

Good spot. The hammock out front is cute and the kitchen has pretty much all you need. A bit far from town, not really walkable but still a cute neighborhood. Didn’t talk to the host much but he seemed very friendly !

Mino is an amazing host and Mino's house is a wonderful accomodation in Monteverde! The photos don't reflect the real beauty of the casa with wooden furniture and colorful paintings on the walls. As somebody has already mentioned, the bed is very comfortable and in general the home has everything for a long stay. If you're a digital nomad the internet is fast enough to work remotely with video calls and large file transfer. Totally recommended!
