I highly recommend Victor’s house. It was beautiful, quiet, clean and with the essentials you need. Victor is extremely responsive and the caretaker Rangely was really helpful. We had the place to ourselves, the water was crystal clear. We hope to be able to come back. Also, Rangely prepared a delicious meal for us. The shrimp was to die for! It will be best to rent a car and stop at the grocery store beforehand.

We had a great time at Victor's place right on the beach. The house is equipped with almost everything you might need for your stay. It's easy to navigate around the area and the house manager was very lovely. The only issue was managing various bugs - ants, fruit flies, etc.

Great place to say. Absolutely gorgeous small house next to the beach in Telchac. Kokmo restaurant is great to have fish and seafood, but definitely expensive. Close to Telchac Puerto and Progreso, but far enough that you feel a bit isolated (particularly in low season, which is what we were looking for . Victor was great, providing us with some start-up food and drinks, given that our plane was delayed and we arrived to the property in the middle of the night. This was definitely a great touch, as it made our arrival smoother, especially after the long trip. I would definitely stay there again when at the area.

We were pleased with Victor's property and enjoyed a quiet stay in October. The beach was v private with stunning sunset, a rainbow, nighttime lightening shows and a soothing topical rain. The weekend brought a few families and guest to condos nearby. Victor was extremely helpful in making individualized recommendations (links for grocery store and timing en route). He also helped us with finding a good clinic in Merida for an unexpected medical concern. His quick responses and accurate suggestions made our trip so easy. We are grateful for his help. We enjoyed his home, the kayak, the patio. Beds and bedroom hammock were comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. Wifi was good for occasional office work! Kitchen had the basic condiments and even a little welcome gift for hungry and thirsty travelers. Thank you Victor and family for sharing your vacation home with us.
