The Casita is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have ever stayed at. It has all the comforts of a home and stunning views from every window. The house is just a short walk away from several eating places and an amazing coffee place (Freeform Coffee). It's extremely centrally located and just a short drive to all the amazing hiking spots in Sedona. Tim and Mary are amazing hosts and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and even dropped by to say hi to us! Mary, we are so glad we could we meet you in person and thank you so much for sharing Tim's amazing bread! 💜 We can't stop recommending your place to our friends and are looking forward to staying with you again the next time we visit Sedona!

We spent 10 nights in the casita Oct 2023. I was so sad to leave! We love to walk and hills do not bother us, so we loved walking to the 50+ restaurants within a mile. We only had to walk 500 feet from the driveway to get to the sidewalks which were completely covering the entire town. (this is a huge plus for Sedona!) We were able to work while we were there and the internet worked in the mornings very well, it was a bit spotty thereafter, but mostly worked fine. The place is even nicer then the very professional photos on the site, you will not be disappointed. Just note there is no stove/oven but there is a grill with a burner if you decide to cook. I really loved the 10 days and plan to return. Thanks Mary and Tim for a wonderful stay!

A very peaceful and quiet place to stay. Mary and Tim were very friendly and gave us a few suggestions of things to see and do while visiting. The Casita was beautiful and very clean!

Utter Perfection🌟🥇🅰️+ We spent a week in this sweet lil casita while celebrating our anniversary and we simply did not want to leave! Tim & Mary are the most welcoming of hosts; genuinely caring about your comfort, privacy and always quick to respond to questions or needs. Their Casita is exactly what they portray online…only better in person. Super cute, comfie bed, tons of hot water so you can enjoy the amazing shower and the icing on the cake was watching the sun set right on Snoopy rock from the comfort of your patio, glass of wine in hand🌅🍷 Oh and did I mention that you really don’t need a car as hiking, restaurants, coffee shops are all within a 10 min walk (just bring a flashlight or use the light from your phone as there are no streetlights if walking back to Casita after sunset) Our warmest thanks Tim & Mary, you allowed as the greatest anniversary memories and we can’t wait to return and make more😊
