We had a lovely stay at Spencers villa. The villa itself is well equipped & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is in a nice quiet residential area. Aldi is within easy walking distance (10 mins) & the main plaza with plenty restaurants/bars (20 mins). Jayne was waiting outside the villa to welcome after our very late arriving flight & showed us how to work the alarm system etc. This was much appreciated as the taxi driver wasn’t quite sure on the exact location. Communication with Spencer on the run up to & during our stay was always prompt & helpful. If you want to get around and see more a car would be helpful but not essential. We did walk to Playa Flamenca which is about 5km away. There is a taxi rank there next to the supermarket that cost us 11 euros return to the villa. All in all a really lovely holiday for us, thanks Spender.

Loved our stay! Clean and modern villa. Situated in a great location to get to the beach or drive to nearby cities like Alicante. And great local restaurants and plenty of supermarkets. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful villa, spotlessly clean and fresh. Great space with plenty of room for 6 people. Everything you need is provided and the showers were fantastic. Lots of wardrobe space, totally clutter free, there was a place for everything. The pool was wonderful and the patio area was a great space to relax and sunbathe. Overall we loved our stay at the villa and Spencer is a first rate host. I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Sereno.

Great location and very quiet I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted to stay in this area Host was always on hand to answer questions and recommend restaurants etc
