Very friendly staff.
Very nice place in a great location on King St. in Alexandria - right next to the DC Metro. We had an issue with a water leak in the ceiling midway thru our stay, but host was very responsive. We were able to move to 2 1-bedroom units that evening and the host initiated a refund for 1 nite’s stay…much appreciated!
The location is absolutely perfect and the space a great value. The property is a time-share and the host manages some of the units there. Both the host and the property had excellent staff. The check-in team at the front of the desk was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the host checked in regularly both before and after the check-in. The room was slightly noisy because of the nearby Metro, but it was a small price to pay for an excellent location and value. I will definitely look to stay there again next time I'm in the neighborhood.
Excellent location in Old Town and close to the Metro
The Wyndam Old Town in Alexandria was very comfortable to stay in. The staff is great and super-friendly. The apartments are spacious and well maintained - the equipment is slightly dated but in perfect working order. The gym was adequate, the location near to metro and Kings Street superb - and as a bonus there was even a Labor Day Hot Dog event organised! Highly recommended for a family stay in the DC area.
