We got so much more than we bargained for. The photos we saw didn’t really give us a clear picture of what the space actually was.. it was so much more! In our opinion THIS is the best way to stay in Negril. Away from the tourism, but close enough to it. The waters were so much cleaner here than 7 mile. No AC wasn’t really a problem as there were plenty of fans. We saw some amazing sunsets, counted the stars, and made some new friends on the property. What an incredible experience. Jamaica wouldn’t have been the same without this location.

The large upstairs terrace has no lounge chairs and no table and chairs as the pictures show. Needs better fans to help cool down the cottage. Outdoor areas in bad need of repairs. Great views from the cottage.

This is a slice of heaven! The property was even better than described in the pictures with cool architecture and wonderful outdoor facilities for relaxing, snorkeling and swimming. Bertram has a great team - Mr Bond provided transportation, Tannique made sure we were comfortable and Bertram stopped by to check on us. We changed our mind several times on transportation timing but Bertram and Mr Bond never seemed annoyed. They suggested a later check out to accommodate us - so nice! We really enjoyed being away from the touristy center of Negril. The neighborhood is friendly. Several restaurants, bars and a grocery store are easily walkable (but be careful on the skinny roads). We took inexpensive route taxis around town. We would definitely visit again.

Pros; Pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. It was a private heaven for my group of ladies. We enjoyed waking up to the waves every morning. Local cook shops within walking distance. Great recommendation for driver and tours. We will be back definitely! My group is still in awe . Quick swim early in the morning. Cons; there are fans throughout the property However A/C would be such a benefit. It was still quite warm and humid even in January.
