We arrived at this studio around 7pm, just for a quick day trip. The AC (which we did not touch at all) made a rattling noise that was unbelievable and I was up all night long due to it. Emailed Rob a video of the noise, he responded today and told me that someone had “closed the vents” according to the AC guy, or something like that. Unsure if that was the actual issue but it was muggy, the floors felt filthy to the point we had to lay towels down, the couch feels like it needs to be cleaned it just felt dirty. Knowing the studio was small, we were fine with that. The bathroom is non existent so be prepared for that, you can’t even close the door, and the vanity is outside of the bathroom. Overall for the price I was very disappointed, the noise just topped it off. Location is great, that’s about it. The entire thing needs a serious update!

Loved that it is a studio. The unit could use some updates for a superhost. Overall, the location is good, the beach where the unit is located is beautiful, and there's lots of outside activities (tennis, shuffle board, basketball, swimming, pickleball etc.). You are about 15-20 minutes from the main beach front(The Hangout). I think the unit just needs to be updated.
