Very nice townhome with great view of Morro rock. Definitely recommend staying here. It was perfect size for our family. Will be back.

There was a seagull feather in the refrigerator! The house overall was nice. There was garbage left elsewhere in the house too. Host was helpful with late checkout. Right on busy noisy street. Very hard to find. Biggest issue-I thought there would just be routine waiver that needed to be signed as noted in listing. Instead, there were many additional documents with contradictory info. All outside of AirBNB. Added rules not in the listing. All received after we’d booked. Felt tricked after receiving all of that. The docs are filled with legalese, including if they don’t like AirBNB’S resolutions they will sue you. I find it hard to believe that everything included is actually required by local ordinance as it claims. I will avoid listings asking for separate documents in the future for sure! We were nervous the whole time about all the threats in the documents and nervous about leaving a poor review, but I depended on previous reviews when booking this house. Beware.

Great place. A little further from the beach than is ideal, but definitely walkable. Very clean.

The main room is light and airy with lots of windows and a comfy seating arrangement. The view of Morro Rock at sunset was beautiful. The place felt like a beach cottage with its seashell decor and pretty paintings. It was easy to park with the garage access. The kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
